If your 6'1 300 lb what size should you get ?

Tall and strong of tall and heavy, if your tall and built 300 pounds a 2lx should be fine but if your tall and heavy try a 4xl

Do the sleeves just run long or do i have weird proportions? i'm 21/45/21 (shldr/bst/slv), i'm thinking xl but the sleeves are 6" too long.

Honestly, I cannot tell you about the sleeve length. I disliked the sweatshirt so much I just returned it. Good luck.

Is it a red or more of a burgandy

It is more close to Burgundy, more dark than regular red.
