We all think differently and by reading this you have a complete breakdown of what they are actually thinking and how to approach/deal with them. It is collaborative working at its best and well worth the read if you are in a teamwork situation. It is logical, well written and well explained so nothing like psychiatry just the opposite simple plain explanations.
