It worked well for me until several months ago, I notice it started to disconnect randomly and my monitor flickered until it stabilizes on it's own. Now, it's finally dead with absolutely no connection whatsoever no matter what I do to troubleshoot.So the manufacture has reached out to me trying to resolve the issue and offered solutions at my preference. Apparently they have pretty good warranty to back up their product and their customer service are very helpful. ### ⭐⭐ Purchased in December stopper working in April *by V***O on Reviewed in the United States on April 4, 2019* Received this item sometime mid December 2018. Worked great and as needed. Noticed a month back that one USB port did not want to function while HDMI was connected. I thought nothing of it and moved my flash drive to another one of the USB ports. Just yesterday 4/4/19 the whole thing just stopped working. error when plugged into my mac advising to disconnect accessory using too much power.
