Best Beef Ever!
This chateaubriand beef tenderloin made our Christmas dinner over-the-top delicious! It is perfectly seasoned and absolutely fork tender. The package was gift wrapped. It comes frozen and fully cooked which makes preparation so easy just defrost and reheat for 20 minutes. We will order from Grumpy Butcher again and again; we are a truly fans of this outstanding butcher!

Disappointed Christmas dinner
I will say the tenderloin was very tender but I would not say it was fine steakhouse quality and definitely not worth $100.

It comes semi though,
I bought the two pound tenderloin it arrived packaged in cold packaging but was semi-though. Since it was already semi-though i cut a piece off rather freeze it all it was pretty good. Better cut of meat than what i was expecting for a internet purchased piece of meat. If the rest of the roast in my freezer is is just as good i will be a repeat customer and buy more from the company. It is a fair price and with the two pound it comes as a roast so you may cut it as you so desire.

I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES WHEN I SAW THIS ON AMAZON...I HAVE NOT HAD THIS SINCE THIS '70S & '80S...I WILL BE ORDERING THIS AGAIN REAL SOON AS I INTEND TO EAT THIS FOR ALL HOLIDAY MEALS...NO MORE TURKEY,DUCK OR GOOSE FOR ME...THE HEART OF THE PRIME RIB RIDES AGAIN!!!!!
