不具合なく無事に使えています。
約1年間使用したのでレビューします。 サブのストレージとしてPCに外付けしていますが問題なく使えています。 1年間無事に使えたという事実が大きかったですね。個人的にまた購入したいと思える商品でした。

1 Year, Catastrophic Failure
Up front, I own a lot of Silicon Power SSD's from this series. I have a half dozen 128GB models, a couple of 256GB models, and a couple 512GB models. All from the A58 series. All of them have been reliable, and work well. Most of the 128GB models have been used for swapping OS's using a hotswap bay for my home lab. They regularly get wiped and an OS loaded again. None of them are going to win awards for being fast, but they've been very reliable. I figured with that experience, a 2TB in the same series would be good. Again, not fast, but reliable and good as a data drive on my gaming system. Boy was I mistaken. About 1.5 months ago, after what really amounts to light usage over a 10 month period, the drive completely dropped off of Windows, and caused the whole Windows install to have major issues. I was able to narrow it to this drive. I pulled it, and was able to recover it on a Linux box by repairing the MBR and the filesystem descriptor. It came right back up, no problems. I of course backed up things that were important at that time. This was right after a Windows update, and I figured it partly corrupted the drive. No big deal, back into service. When I say service, the system get's powered up for maybe 6 hours a week. That's it. This drive contained a Steam Library, and an Epic Games Library, that's it. I fire it up last night, and same issues, Windows won't load properly, eventually get it to. The drive has dropped off again, Windows can see it, but thinks it's uninitialized. I had just gone through another Windows update, thinking the same thing happened again, I pulled the drive to repair it. It's dead now. Tried 3 different USB SATA enclosures. Tried 2 different direct motherboard connections. The drive causes the USB to completely fail to show up, and the boards I've connected it to SATA fail to POST. So yeah, after about a year, and very low usage, it is completely dead, all data gone. As I mentioned, the only data I was concerned about losing was backed when I recovered it the first time, so really I just lost the better part of 1Tb of Steam and Epic games downloads, which is a pain in the butt, but not the end of the world. I like Silicon Power drives, and my experiences with the smaller drives has been great. They represent solid value for the capacity and performance. Basically they're slowish, cheap, but have been reliable for the most part. This larger drive is not. 128GB models that are 4 to 5 years old, working like new still, after several OS installs, and tonnes of usage. If you're in the market for a large capacity SATA SSD, look to Samsung or Crucial. I highly recommend the MX500 series, as does r/datahorders. Avoid Silicon Power for the larger drives. Lastly, why 2 stars, not 1? It lasted a year. It was cheap for the capacity, and was exactly what I expected. More performant than a platter drive, with a solid capacity. Yes, it failed, and it's why I'm writing this review. I still trust the near dozen other Silicon power drives I have in much smaller capacities. They still work great. One of my biggest issues with this drive's failure is the lack of any warning signs; obviously outside of the MBR and filesystem descriptor corrupting itself a month and change back. No SMART errors. No obvious signs of issues, like slow downs, or file corruption. Just bam, dead. You want a cheap SSD to play with, or experiment, or for non-critical stuff, Silicon Power is fine. I'm still going to suggest you spend more on a better drive for the larger capacities though.

Great storage expansion
This SSD is perfect to expand my storage capacity. I actually used Velcro to attach it to the computer and used a six inch USB C cable to make it compact yet still be able to remove it when transporting it in its hard case.
