These balls are fine and of different densities so as to be useful for various parts of the body. Here's an exercise you won't find online:With the medium ball which is not too hard, not too soft: To release shoulder pain, lie prone (on front of body) and place yellow ball under one shoulder, letting it rest down into the massage ball. Move the arm a ways up and down long by your side, with palm facing up, then down. Move it to the side long from down to up and back. Then place hand on low back at waist. Move elbow down toward mat and up. You will release the shoulder tightness but beware of your shoulder blade placement. It should be down behind rather than up and forward as with so much of alignment these days.

These therapeutic massage balls really help with my husband’s back, shoulder and feet issues. He uses them every day.

Got these for myself for massaging my hand after I had surgery. The soft and medium are perfect for this. The hard one is VERY hard (too much for my sore hand), but my daughter uses it for sore leg and back muscles after standing all day at work and says it helps. Seem to be well made. My occupational hand therapist liked them so much that she ordered a set for her practice.

I needed some sort of ball to use for massaging my foot with a new case of plantar fasciitis. Not having any sense of how hard or soft of a ball would be best, I opted for these, due to their three different densities. I figured I'd find one firmness optimal and stick with it. In fact, I find myself switching off the balls depending on how much pressure I want to exert. The spikes are also comfortable... A bit stimulating but not too rigid. I've only had them a few days but they look like they'll be durable. I'm very happy with this product.

Red is usually too hard as is this one .the orange is good for feet . Yellow for back. Fibro /autoimmune non acidic spondyolitis/ myosytosis . Use peppermint oil to help your pain. Not much else has helped me . Tens,balls,ice,heat,peppermint oil, meds. Feeel better all .

Love the 3 different levels of firmness. Started with the softest for my shoulder pain and the medium for plantar fasciitis both seem to be working well. I would definitely recommend this product.

Love the product for foot massage. Just the right firmness and spikiness. Ordered a second set, and delivery was on time for both.

All 3 are same hardness waste product

I have another spiky ball that I use for massage and that I like very much, which is why I took a chance and ordered these. These are not at all what I was expecting, and are totally unsuitable for massage. They are LARGE, much bigger than a baseball or lacrosse ball, and all 3 balls are as hard as rocks. Very disappointing!!!

Not as expected. They are quite large and identical. In the description it is said that they are of varying stiffness to exercise feet differently. Not happy!
