Annie's Organic Pancake and Waffle Mix, 26 oz Box

Annies quality pancake mix. I love “her” products and this one was not in my supermarket. It is probably in Whole Foods. The pancakes are yummy and better than our usual Bisquick ones (I think). They are fluffy and not a whole grain product. The taste is strictly a treat.

Some of the best pancake mix I've ever had or made. The pancakes were as fluffy as a summers cloud dancing across the sky on a warm buttery day and full of rich flavor that would make you think Annie's in the kitchen making them for you. Nothing short of what I've come to expect from Annie's

The texture of the batter made from this organic pancake mix is very plain – not at all grainy – like white bread. This may be desired depending upon personal preference. The mix has 5 grams of sugar per serving, which is reasonably low. The resulting pancakes are only slightly sweet which for me is a plus because adding fruit and/or maple syrup is sweet enough. Basic information: The ingredients are simple – organic wheat flour, organic cane sugar, organic expeller-pressed sunflower oil, baking powder and sea salt. The directions for a "batch" of approximately 15 three inch pancakes are to add 1 cup milk, 1 egg to 1 2/3 cup dry mix. Changes for waffle batter are to increase milk to 1 1/3 cup and add 2 tablespoons oil. I appreciate the quality of the ingredients. The mix is bland but may be doctored with add-ins to suit taste with things like blueberries, granola, banana slices, etc. For general reference, the “best by date” on the box in my prime pantry order is six months in the future.

The quality of the product is great! The mix is easy to use and does not form any type of blotch of flavor... Also, the taste is good, this mix is not sweet and not salty so that you can customize it with your preferences in taste. Definitely recommended!

My granddaughter loves pancakes made from this mix with just a little maple syrup. She would eat them every day if she was allowed to. She has food issues, so thats saying alot! Annies has high quality products in general and this one did not disappoint. Pancakes always turn out light and fluffy

By far the best most delicious pancake mix on the market. As a family of five we have tried many different brands and no one beats Annie’s! These pancakes are light, fluffy and delicious. Makes a great breakfast!

We love Annie's products and purchase many weekly. While the ingredient quality of this one is excellent, the taste is not. Even the children complained that this had an odd flavor. I will make our pancakes and waffles from scratch until I see a "New and Improved Flavor" label on the box.

Not sure what the difference is, but this mix is my favorite of any brand. Great flavor and consistency.
