The phone reminds me of an old Nokia brick, and that's perfect. That's exactly what I was looking for. The one star review is because it does not read my SIM card. It doesn't come with a SIM card. And the instructions are so bad, there's not even a diagram to show you where it goes/how to put it in. I spent a good while trying to figure that out. And once I finally got it where it needed to be, it wouldn't register it. I even had a former TMobile employee look it over and they had the same problems. I fear trying to return this is going to be a bigger hassle than it's worth (especially since I got this in a bigger order that I paid for with Affirm), so I guess I have a flashlight that plays Snake and maybe makes emergency calls

CC was not able to activate this item, they said the imei reported as a Samsung phone, they said this is common with these Chinese phones, spoofed imei

it's a great phone it's a strong phone. the only problem I had with it, is that it only worked with 1 of my services which I had to buy a new sim.

This product has a very low volume. I always put my calls on speaker because I hear a hear the caller but still faint even though volume is on 100%. Don't buy if volume is a need for you.
