Great book on how to get a good night's sleep
I read about this book in the Minneapolis Star and Tribune about behavior modification to get a better night's sleep, so I ordered it. I found it very helpful and have been using some of the charts in the book. I would recommend buying the book as a paperback, not an ebook, so you can copy the charts and use them to improve your sleeping habits and calm your mind. There were new insights into sleep that I didn't know. After reading it, I have given it to my son to read as he also has trouble getting a restful night's sleep.

Excellent
Wonderful advice. Very helpful. Some of the information didn't apply to me but the parts that did apply were excellent.

Insomnia Sucks; Do CBT-i, It Works
This book was very very informative and useful to me. I do recommend this for your own understanding of CBT-I however, if your insomnia is pretty bad, I still recommend working with a CBT-i professional because they help keep you on track and re assure you what is working and what is not. It is hard to recognize improvement or decide what avenue to take in certain insomnia cases. I found success from CBT-i through Motty Varghese. I read this book just before starting sessions.

Great book. Decent writer.
The writer likes to repeat herself and her points throughout the chapters, wasting the reader’s time and attention. How many times have they actually edit this book to be more succinct?Other than that, great content.
