This is by far the best DIY product I have found!! After extensive research and reading countless reviews I chose this product. It is very reasonably priced and so very effective that I will never change again. After moving into a much older home and living in Florida (hot!) I started noticing german cockroaches coming inside through the weaknesses of the walls and doorways. I tried a couple different things from the store with no effect and before I knew it there was a major infestation. After speaking with a pest control company they told me it would start at $4000 to gain control back over the problem then a monthly maintenance fee. As a single parent I just don't have that kind of extra money so I decided to give it a good effort to find the right solution. There are several articles out that give a lot of different advice but the one that was most common throughout was Alpine..so after looking at several different products, this one was midway for cost. I decided to try it first so if it didn't work I didn't waste too much money. The package comes with 5 packets and a very specific mixing guide based on the type of bug and how bad the infestation is. For bad infestations it recommends 3 packets per gallon to start. It is very easy to mix.. I put it in a one gallon pressure sprayer and waited about 20 minutes to dissolve completely. Sprayed the entire house, heavier in the problem areas, then waited. I noticed over the first week there were a lot of dead bugs but the live ones were still there pretty bad. Sprayed again once a week and after the first month the problem was getting better. I would say about 50% better. After the second month it was probably closer to 95%! Now (about 3 months later) I very rarely see any bugs at all and when I do, I do a little spot treatment and the problem is gone. Even though I am crazy about reading reviews I don't entirely trust them so if I do find a product that deserves a great review then I will gladly give it! One more thing to note, I have 2 dogs and a young child and I haven’t had any problems with them at all. There is virtually no smell and it's safe for pets after it dries

It does the job well. Two applications (as directed) and bugs are gone. Was used with an 'Insect Growth Regulator' added to the mix. It is easily applied with a home and garden sprayer. No staining or odors were noted. I used the strongest mix recommended and got good results.

I have no words to describe how thankful I am to this product!! I did a lot of research and came across a roach subreddit and they swore by this insecticide so I decided to give it a try. Not only this comes with a LOT, like each little bag can make up to a gallon, but after regularly applying it all over my apartment (which mind you was INFESTED with German roaches) the roaches pretty much disappeared. I recommend cleaning, specially under and behind appliances like your fridge, and spraying the areas at least once a week until you stop seeing roaches regularly. Eventually you'll just have to do some maintenance and reapply every now and then so that the occasional visitors don't become a problem again. Living in a complex in Florida, there's no way to completely eliminate roaches. But this product changed my life.

I got this to help with cockroaches. We had them so bad I didn't want to sleep at night or eat anything that wasn't packaged correctly. We have multiple pets (a green cheek conure, 3 cats, 3 rabbits, a dog and two kids) So I had literally tried everything. I mixed this with IGR concentrate and it's white. But in about a month my bugs are almost gone. Before they were out in the daytime around any food, water, or heat source and at night it was literally disgusting. Now I see a couple here or there but never together they're trying to take over. I couldn't spray my entire house or property though bc of my bird and I didn't want to hurt my pollinators. So I put it in a small spray bottle and sprayed areas in my house where I knew my bird wasn't going to be. I'm still working on sealing cracks and holes in the walls which I'm sure once that's done we won't have a problem. It doesn't work on spiders that make little cobwebs in areas of things you don't touch though. I have sprayed them daily and they have not budged. It has killed jumping spiders and brown recluses which doesn't make sense to me. I sprayed every other night at first. All cracks edges and wherever I saw or have seen bugs. Some of the cockroaches could also tell where I had sprayed and they would try to avoid those areas.

This one kills German roaches read the direction on my put on high traffic areas I live in San Antonio Texas so German roaches are very bad here we purchased the home pesticides company to my demised they don’t spray for German roaches. That is extra how horrible. So I did investigative approach this is the one I don’t need them company’s anymore it’s one pack for a gallon
