This isolate ticks the boxes in many areas, its tastes great, has a great nutrient profile, has added Glutamine, however it just does not Mix Well - it does in the end, but requires quite a few shakes! So not so good for those in a fast paced life of grab n go!

Premetto che mi alleno in palestra da diversi anni praticando il Calisthenics che è uno sport a corpo libero è finito l’allenamento ho bisogno veramente di integrare delle proteine che siano di una qualità eccellente come queste qui che uso da diversi anni.Quando parlo di qualità eccellente parlo della digeribilità e della reazione che ha il mio fisico,che, a differenza di altre proteine che ho provato, che davano reazioni del tipo: bolle sulla schiena oppure andavo in bagno male... con queste mi trovo davvero bene e non ho nessun tipo di problema anzi trovo molti benefici.Il gusto vaniglia secondo me è uno dei migliori ( ma ovviamente è un parere soggettivo ;)Comunque leggete sempre le istruzioni che sono riportate dietro la confezioni ( in italiano ) e fate il calcolo di quanti grammi dovete assumere in base al vostro peso corporeo.Spero di esservi stato d’aiuto e buon allenamento :)
