Since installing this phone we have had one successful call from our daughter and about 50 missed calls without the phone ringing, perfect !! Greatest phone system I have ever had. Worth every penny it cost which was very reasonable. Thanks a million, Jackie Campbell

These phones replace an older (maybe 20 years), well used, set of Panasonic phones. The old ones still work, actually, so I’ve put them in some “extra” locations where I haven’t had phones previously. At the very least, having one in the garage makes it unlikely I won’t hear it ring. Our new Panasonic base station in in my office, connected by wire (I prefer this to the available wireless capability) to the Ooma base station. One handset lives in the kitchen and the other in our master bedroom. The best part is the soft key which appears whenever the phone rings as ‘Call Block”. This is great! While the phone is ringing, the label ‘call block’ appears above the soft key button below the caller ID information (usually completely fake - like “US Government” or a local hospital!!. I simply push that button and a recorded voice says “Please say your name”. You needn’t do anything else but listen for a stated name. After about 10 seconds of (almost always) silence, the voice says “Your call will be disconnected now. Good bye”. We were getting 5 - 8 of these calls/day, The fake caller ID’s became quite imaginative in an effort to provoke us to answer. Finally, a human voice said “hello”, then “are you still with me”? No name or identification, no answer. After that, they stop for months then start all over again. Everything else, like call clarity, is excellent. My Panasonic phones have been very durable, surviving many traumatic drops. Couldn’t be better. A good value for the price, works well with Ooma.

Easy to use. It does what it is supposed to do. It has stopped all those spam calls I used to get.

These phones have made my life a lot more easy. And this is because of one feature. I have had Panasonic landline phones for a long time and I still like to have Landlines in my house although it’s pretty old school. However, the amount of spam calls that come in is horrible and since it is a landline, there is no apps to block them like you can do on your cell phone. This phone however, comes with an amazing call, blocking feature and it has made my life so much more comfortable at home because I don’t have to deal with all the spam calls anymore so highly recommended because it will make your life so much better

This phone, though full sized, does not take up a large portion of my desk especially given all its functions. This is great. Sound controls and about average but quality is above average clarity. The butoon as smooth to the touch and allow for error free entry and function control. Reception between the base and extensions are good and do not present any buffering, static or signal distortion.

the speaker phone does not work well. you have to speak directly into it, with 18"

This phone is amazing and has so many bells and whistles I didn't expect! It's so nice to not be awakened at 6AM by a ringing phone, since you can program it to just take the call and not ring. Then when you see you've missed a call you can see the number and if you don't recognize it put call blocking on it. Yea, no political calls or telemarketers to deal with!!!!
