Does it warp in a hot oven?

I use them in ovens that are over 400℉. They won't warp. The wide edge also gives me a good grip.

Is this set dishwasher safe?

Yes, I have cleaned it twice in the dishwasher without a single problem. But to protect the coating, I would prefer to hand wash them.
