This was expensive, unnecessary, and perfect for my kitchen. I wanted to not like it so I could return it. I love it. It makes my kitchen look cleaner, more organized, and tidy. It drains, holds all my dishes, and just makes me happy. It is designed to look like an appliance that belongs in my kitchen. Yes, it's just a dish rack, but what a rack!

This looks great on the counter, but a few uses showed many design issues. 1) The actual tray is not very deep, therefore, heavy items like cutting boards or frying pans cause it to tip over! 2) The silverware trey is mostly covered when you put large objects, like cutting boards and frying pans, in the rack 3) The silverware and glass racks easily fall off. 4) The "landing gear" for the glass rack easily slip, causing it to fall into the sink. 5) The glass drying rack inhibits access to the sink basin on double basin sinks. If you chose not to use it, then the drip isn't caught by the tray. 6) The feet are hard plastic and easily slide on smooth surfaces. 7) Although the functional depth is shallow, the overall height makes it difficult to fit those large items under the upper cabinets. The designer never used it! The only reason it isn't a 1 star is that the manufacturing looks solid.

Durable spacious and easy to clean.

This is our third version of this dish drying rack - they stand up well, but over time the former two did rust. This latest version (in all white) has some really nice improvements over the former design. And now there are very few areas that can rust! New design has a lower outer edge -easier to place wet dishes. Improved water draining tray on bottom right of product no longer has to slide in and out, easy removal for cleaning. Same awesome wineglass drying attachment that works well. The only thing I miss is the bamboo knife holder, I don’t like putting my knives point down to dry — probably lost that feature to cost cutting. 😝 Overall, excellent design and construction. Few simple parts to install upon receipt. It will last for years and looks clean, sleek and contemporary on our counter. 100% satisfied customers! Thanks Simple Human for another great product.

Had issues with leaky drying racks in the past. This one is definitely a little pricey but no more water on the counter and a lot of room for dishes
