Great find!
Excellent tool for uncorking wine, especially, when you are not sure about the cork firmness like in older wines for instance. Can be a nice present too! Looks and feels nicely in hand, sturdy material, elegant finish. Overall five of five.

Pulls vintage corks like a dream. 2002 Hewett started a cork screw cork cracked, stopped and used fine German Technology and came right out. FYI with an old cork slide it in half way, lol, and twist it pull slightly up then work it all the way in then pull it out

Duped!! Plastic cover that looks like stainless steel.
I couldn’t believe the cover that looks like stainless steel was just plastic. That tells me everything about this product. I bought the most expensive one thinking that this product will be well-made. I am very dissatisfied. I am returning it.

Perfect for extracting crumbling corks
I bought a bunch of old wine on sale and had a horrible time with the corks. They were dry and crumbling. Opening the wine required pushing the cork into the bottle and then decanting the wine through a cheese cloth. Then I picked up this "ah so" opener. It's pure genius! I can extract the corks without any mess or fuss. It did help to watch a video first, but other than that, I was able to put it to use right away.
