Llevo usando el rodillo desde hace más de medio año por recomendación del fisio y ha sido un gran aliado para mis estiramientos y recuperación muscular después del ejercicio y para mis dolores de espalda. La espuma de alta densidad es firme sin resultar incómoda, lo que permite masajear zonas tensas como espalda, piernas o glúteos con buena presión y obtener alivio. También me gusta que el tamaño es ideal para usar tanto en casa como llevarlo al gimnasio. Además, se limpia fácilmente con un paño húmedo si se ensucia.

Perfect cheep roller
Perfect level of firmness to get solid support without being so hard it digs into you if you roll in it wrong. I have a couple of bulged disks in my lower back and this roller is perfect for stretching it out at the end if the day. I’ve tried some fancier ones and still go back to this one. I’ve flown with it, backpacked with it, and moved with it multiple times each and my original one is still holding together just fine.
