Where do I begin. I went for this product as it met a lot of the guidelines etc for my apple phone. This was only a temporary charger and thought for a few days it would be fine. I was wrong. So the magnet is super strong I will say that but it actually drained my battery? I started on 30% and by the time it charged and stopped and started again it actually drained my battery to 1%! I was really annoyed. I expected this to be better than that. It had all the promises. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend to anyone and very disappointed.

As it is now over a month since I emailed my detailed complaint regarding how this item stopped working only a few months after I purchased it and I still haven't received a reply, I feel justified in writing this negative review. The product worked well for a couple of months, but now acts like its working (lights up and pings to register connection) but the previous energetic whirring sound that assured it was working is now distinctly languid, and the percentage on the battery monitor just doesn't change - if it was 7% when I started charging, it is still 7% 2 hours later. All production lines make the odd duff product now and again so this is understandable, but I find it objectionable that the company (who made such a thing about their product warranty) should make absolutely no effort to reply whatsoever.

The charger is a nice size and looks good but unfortunately it’s not very good at charging. I realised it wasn’t charging very well so decided to do a test to find out by timing how much percentage charge I got in 20 minutes which was a grand total of 5% and the phone felt like it just came out the oven. So not only does it not charge very well it also possesses a fire risk as a normal charger does not make my phone heat up to this level. In hind sight I should have recorded the temperature at the time. But I will opt not to use this charger again because It just doesn’t seem safe and doesn’t really do any charging. I’ve used wireless chargers and never had this issue. Another annoyance is the blue light especially with the lights off at night. More work was put into making this product look good rather than creating a quality product that functions well. I wouldn’t be too bothered by the slow change but the heating of my phone just seems like a combustion waiting to occur.

Potentially dangerous. I very rarely leave bad reviews, but this needs pointing out. The very first time I used the charger I had it sitting on the kitchen worktop. After 45 minutes or so I noticed a flashing blue light, picked up the phone and found the charger was incredibly hot. The back of the charger had a small scorch mark and it looks to have melted slightly as well. Some uses have mentioned the charger getting hot, but not to the levels where it melts on first use. Sending back for a refund. Thankfully my kitchen worktop and phone are ok or I would be seeking compensation for replacements. Only charged my phone 5% as well, so not worth the money

When I put my iPhone 14 max pro on this device the screen went crazy - flashing up apps, blocking my contacts and typing gibberish into my Instagram feed, completely out of control. The only way to stop it was to switch off my phone. Thinking this was just a fluke, I rebooted and again placed it onto the charger and the same thing happened! I'm very shocked, and seriously worried it has done lasting damage to my expensive iPhone. I can't recover my settings. Can anyone tell me what might have happened?

I don’t usually bother writing reviews, but this charger honestly deserves a warning label! I’ve used wireless chargers for years, so I know what to expect, and this one just… doesn’t do the job. I leave my phone on it overnight and still wake up to find it sitting at about half a charge. Not ideal when you’re trying to get out the door in the morning. The other thing that drove me up the wall is the blue LED light. It keeps flashing at random - properly strobing at times - which is the last thing you want beside your bed when you’re trying to sleep. All in, it’s been a pretty poor. I’d save your money and pick something more reliable.

I am very happy with this charger. It works really well and charges my phone quickly. The magnet is strong and holds the phone properly, even with a case. It is very easy to use, just place the phone and it starts charging straight away. The design is simple and looks nice on my desk. Good quality product and great value for money. I would definitely recommend it.

Great charger, lightweight and looks good. Magnet is great on the back of the phone. Charges well, just annoying when you’re trying to charge at night and you have a bright blue light flashing on and off!
