Aluminium Train Beauty Cosmetic Makeup Case on Wheels

I had initial trouble getting response about one of the latches being broken. When I did, I was pretty easy going about it just telling them replacing just the top was fine. All they were willing to do was refund me. because in their words- they are a small business and they will be losing $ and if they send me another one and "ups damages it again" they will lose more $. I said ok and let it go. The more I thought about it I was pretty upset. When I realized they don't at the very least send a box to you to return it in (it's a pretty large and awkward sized box hard to find on your own), I said screw it I will try to fix it. I didn't throw this around, but I too am a small business owner. If you think for one second I would repeat this to a customer- you're nuts! In fact, I don't sell ANY product I don't believe in. Anyway, I couldn't go without a case, because I'm very busy and needed something to hold my supplies as I travel onsite. I had a friend try to fix the latch, the latches are just a piece of shi* bottom line. So now I'm trying to find new latches to replace them. We will see.

I bought this for a family member in cosmetology school. The dual compartments have been helpful to her professionally and with her personal supplies.
