Broken cookies
It was a Valentineโs gift for my husband. When opened all the cookies were broken into small pieces,, covered in crumbs

Broken Cookies
While the flavor and texture of the cookies are excellent, the shape in which the cookies arrived was not. Upon opening, I discovered that approximately half of the cookies were broken to one degree or another. I understand shipping of such fragile items, blah, blah, blah. But come on! Half the tin broken?

Great cookie!
If you like ginger cookies, this is the cookie for you. It has a nice upbeat punch of ginger and a nice cookie snap. Very enjoyable. Love it alot!

These taste great, but Amazon Shipping Department did them no favors. They arrived in a million pieces. Very few could be identified as hearts.

Taste stale very little cookes mostly crumbs the box was torn

Delicious but all broken to pieces. ALL!
Opened the box and it looks like somebody deliberately shook it to brake the biscuits. They are all broken to pieces. ALL! Purchased for decorating so cannot do it now. Tasted a piece and they are delicious though.

So many broken pieces
So disappointing, instead of seeing a tin of hearts it was a tin of bits and pieces with some whole hearts. I am glad this was not a gift. Also there was a definite lack of Ginger in these biscuits.

Terrible! The tins are all bashed and it sounds like all the biscuits are broken. I bought 4 tins as Xmas gifts.
