The backs are adequate, though I did replace them with silicone backs that were a little wider. So far no tarnish or chipping of the finish. The color is bright and looks rich. I would have liked if the posts were a tiny bit longer as my fingers are not as agile as they used to be, but they are adequate and work fine.
