Kind of pricey but I think these lentils are worth it. Makes a great Umbrian lentil soup.

I Love Lentilโs
These lentils are great. I purchased them to cook in a lentil soup. I love the way they held their shape. They did not breakdown and fall apart. So if you are cooking them for soup or a salad they are perfect. They also had a really good favor to them but then again I love lentils!

First time using Umbrian lentils
Product arrived quickly, with a bag clip to keep fresh the unused lentils. I was very pleased, but I have not used this type of lentil before. However, I will purchase again!

Magic Beans!
The most flavorful lentils. You only need to rinse them before cooking, and these will hold their shape--if you don't overcook them. They cook quickly (salt to taste after cooking)--bring to boil, reduce to simmer, and I have a serving for two ready in 20 minutes from the boiling point.
