I've used this product before and generally it works well. The dilution rate makes coverage expensive. It doesn't clobbered weeds as quickly as other products. I like to use vinegar then follow up with Ortho. I've never had any issues with the container leaking. I would encourage everyone to follow the directions. It works well, but can be expensive for large areas.

I've been using this for several years in our yard with great success. I live in the South where weeds grow year-round and I have a large yard with a large mulched area - more then 1/4 acre - under pine trees and oak trees - where I fought weeds and baby pine trees (and baby oak trees planted by the squirrels) year-round until I started using this. Once I started using this, it kills any weeds and trees that have sprouted and I don't have weed or tree growth for about a year. I just mix this up according to the directions and I add Alligare Mojave 70 EG (which doesn't kill weeds but helps prevent weed growth) for extra protection, and spray on the mulched area using a backpack sprayer in the Spring and and my weed and baby tree problem is solved for another year.

This does not work instantly on all weeds. Some needed two sprayings.

Last year I used this & I had great success, it worked as advertised. This spring I spent a lot of money (3X) it is not working and now I have aprox. $200.00 worth of product that doesn't work. Its been two weeks and weeds aren't dead or dying. I am very disappointed and frankly pissed off I wasted so much money.

This product came quick and was what I needed to kill weeds along the street and gravel pathway in front of my home. It took a while for the weeds to die, but nothing grew back this season saving me time with the weeder! Directions were easy to read. The plastic cap/lid separates from a sharp ring which has sharp edges, so wear gloves when you first open the lid to save your fingers from cuts from the plastic ring. I opened it bare handed and cut my fingers on the plastic ring. Ouch! Five stars if Ortho will redesign the lid so it wont expose your hands to toxic chemicals on cut fingers..

Ortho GroundClear Year Long Vegetation Killer2 Concentrate works impressively well for tough weeds and unwanted growth. It starts showing results quickly and keeps areas clear for an extended period, which cuts down on repeat treatments. The concentrate goes a long way, making it a good value. Just be careful with application since it will kill anything it touches. Overall, a powerful and effective solution for long-term weed control.

I have used Ortho GroundClear for years and it is a great product. It kills grass, weeds and anything other type of vegetation growing in and around my yard. It's easy to apply with a good sprayer and it mixes well when added to water.

It's not as good as Spectracide weed and grass killer extended. It does killer grass and weeds but they come back to soon
