Really tasty
I’m not a junk food lover, but do love rice noodles and miso. I only eat once daily but thought I’d give these a go as a snack on a rare day off. Having added the miso sachet and after waiting 5 minutes for the hot water to soften the noodles, I was really enamoured with the taste and texture. They are really worth buying. I love miso and the liquid in these with dried chillis and herbs went above my expectations.

Delicious
I really enjoy these noodles. This review relates to the satay flavour, I have not tried other flavours. I like these as the flavour is tasty without being spicy (I tend not to get on with overly spicy food sadly) and they are simple to make. Ideal for a light lunch at work or at home, or I have added lots of extra vegetables to them and served in a bowl to make a more filling main meal. If you enjoy a mild satay flavour, these are absolutely great.

Itsu Satay Noodles
Not like any other instant noodles I’ve tried, usually they are salty and artificial tasting. These are really tasty and and the broth is quite refreshing. Ideal for a snacky lunch.

Okay
Not sure about these.. don’t love but don’t hate. They definitely do not taste like satay flavour.. the noodles are really nice … would not pay full price for them

The only instant noodles I buy!
Don't mistake these for the usual type of instant noodles, packed with e-numbers & the taste of chemicals. Because they are rice noodles with a soup paste & spring onion sachet, rather than dried egg noodles with a flavoured power, the ingredients are natural & much more healthy. They are also very low in calories, ranging from 191 kcal to 229 kcal, depending on the flavour. They are also vegan, low in sugar & gluten-free. They are tasty & not overpoweringly hot. I was initially concerned that the chilli miso flavour would be too hot for me, as I have a very low tolerance for spicy food but it was fine. I tried a couple of other brands of noodles because they were cheaper but their chemical taste & a single glance at the ingredients completely put me off. These are tastier than the competition & much more healthy. It's the only brand of noodles that I still buy!

Umami and warming but not filling
I love these so much, I add a fresh tomato cut up small after the noodles cook and fold the lid over so that it cooks in the hot water and it adds even more umami. They're expensive and doesn't fill me, but it feels warming and delicious, like being back in Japan

Soooo niiiceeeeee!
Do you know the Malaysian Curry flavour? It's quite a unique flavour that can't be put into words, But this has that flavour. It has just the right amount so it's not overly-powering, Slightly spiced, And nice dried vegetables. You can drink the soup too! This is like my go-to for daily noodles now. I do not regret trying this! I will be buying again in the future probably!
