Amazing
I love this printer! Although I had a few hiccups when I first got it. This dtf printer is amazing! The quality is super great! When I first got my printer I received the usb jump drives which is the instructions to install all the applications. They are very straight forward. One thing I struggled with is getting a hold of customer service. The only thing I could find was going to their website with a chat window. If you live in America like myself you will have to wait until 6 PM Central Standard Time for their office to open. I was getting nervous as I was not getting a reply and I got anxious. I went onto youtube and found an account where the user was replying constantly to people's random inquiries about the printer. I tried my luck and made a comment on how to get a hold of them. He gave me a phone number to call. I was very thankful for this. I got a hold of this person and he advised me to download a skype app on my phone. I did this and added the guy who answered this phone. He then asked for my order #, etc. I got added to a tech support group. They had me walk through videos and pictures they would send me to disassemble my printer to diagnose the problem. Luckily I was very handy and was able to do this. I know this may not be for all people. I am very thankful though as they were super friendly, patient as I asked what I felt like "dumb" questions. In the end, I was able to diagnose it and they sent me the part at no cost to me. I'm guessing it fell under warranty. Again, this problem WAS NOT the manufacture's fault. Something got dislodged during transport. The printer came in a super insulated trunk. Unfortunately these things happen. I am very greatful for their customer service. You do have to be tech savy to be able to communicate with them through skype and follow their instructions, take videos, pictures, etc. I would imagine that since they are from another country and there is a language barrier this is why they use Skype. Also they have an easy way of tracking the progress/history of my communication with them. Once everything was up and running like it should. The adding of the ink and following printing instructions is super simple. I am very please with this purchase and is very well worth it! I'm happy I chose this printer to start my business!

Great quality prints but poor quality machine
This product is good until it breaks then it’s on you to fix. You have to communicate with someone to figure out the issue and get ran around in circles first problem a pulley cable broke after 6 months of use and after 8 Months of printing and keeping up with the maintenance my print head needed replaced along with a pump. 2 months later print head needs replaced again and then again still not printing and getting ran around in circles. This product is good until it’s not and it’s ridiculous to pay so much for something and when something breaks it’s on you to buy parts and fix yourself. No help besides pre made videos and talking to a specialist on there hours. When you have to buy parts to replace it’s takes 1-2 weeks waiting for it to be shipped from china. Beware you will be working on this machine no matter how much maintenance you do. The only good thing about this machine is it prints better than any other dtf printer but is it worth the high money absolutely not. My opinion this is a piece of junk

More down time and maintenance than it should be
Everyone told me to have patience and stay on top of maintenance. No problem, I'm not new to maintenance, but it requires more than simple maintenance to keep this printer going or get it to run. Even then, this printer will test your patience and ALL your skills! The plus side, you'll have new skills to add to your resume. You will become a certified procolored tech repair person, an electrician, and if you aren't already, you will become a night owl. YES! Change your work hours to nights, keep your nights free, you'll be up all night on Skype with their engineers to do repairs. Now don't get me wrong, regardless of the experience I had with the printer itself, their engineers have been extremely helpful! I can't deny that. I believe that is where they try to shine. Now for the actual printer review. The following were install issues and the daily problems I had with the L1800 A3 upgraded printer the FIRST week: 1.The initial install had virus threats, install videos were outdated and missing a lot of information. 2.Damper issues. The blue and magenta kept getting in the white dampers. 3.Colors not printing properly. 4.Air leaks in the main ink bottles, ink constantly leaking. 5.Capping station issues. Apparently it was clogged, but once we figured it out I couldn't fix it. Immediately after the main power button went out 😳 that was the last straw. While the engineers provided valuable assistance, it became demanding when electrical repairs were suggested, requiring unconventional solutions like using an oven's power button. Not to mention, I didn't have the right size tools on hand, they wanted me to run out that night and purchase them. I should NOT have to. It's a new printer. While the engineer team was helpful, there were unconventional repair suggestions that seemed beyond the scope of a typical user. Despite their offer of a partial refund, if I made the repair, I opted to return the printer/oven bundle. I've had more down time with this printer than anything. The one week this printer was up and running, I only had TWO, two, successful prints. It shouldn't be like this. The ones that say it's a good printer and have no issues are far and few in between. When they work, they are good. BUT, it's like a quid pro quo situation. They provide assistance in helping you resolve issues, guiding you making repairs, and in return offer product-related incentives for positive feedback. Which I wasn't willing to do. It would be a disservice to you! My advice. Do your research, join fb groups, then make your decision to buy.

Great product producing crystal sharp high resolution prints!
My experience with this DTF printer was challenging at first. Despite my excitement, I encountered several technical issues right away, resulting in quite a bit of wasted ink and film as I worked to troubleshoot. Being based in the U.S., I also faced delays in reaching customer service, which left me relying heavily on online tutorials to make some initial progress. However, once I connected with the customer support team, I was impressed by their responsiveness and commitment. They quickly addressed the issues I was experiencing, providing clear guidance and following up consistently to ensure my printer was operating at its best. Their dedication to my satisfaction made a noticeable difference, transforming my experience into a positive one. Now that my printer is fully operational, I am extremely satisfied with both its performance and the quality of its output. The software is also intuitive and user-friendly, streamlining my workflow. Not a credible company
I would give it no stars if it was possible. Do not buy from this company. I received my printer just before Thanksgiving and waited to open it till the day after. When I opened the box, it had a piece broken, I contacted the company and asked them to replace it. I had to send a bunch of pictures, and then they replaced the part. I did not put ink in it until I received the part after receiving the part. I put ink in the printer and the printer didn't work. It started spitting out the paper continuously. I contacted sport again. Over 2 days and sending them about 50 pictures. they said it needed a computer board which they sent me. I put it in, and it didn't work. Error lights kept coming on. Contacted support again sending pictures back and forth for another two days. Then they told me it needed a computer board. They said someone would contact me within 2 days. Nobody did so I contacted them again and they said that I would have to pay for the computer board that only one is covered under warranty and that I have already Received one and would have to pay for the next one. The thing never works since I got it. So I told them, I just wanted my money back and because I put ink in it, they only gave me back 80% of what I paid for the printer. Well I ask you How was I going to tell if the thing even worked unless I put ink in it? They wouldn't pay for the return shipping. I paid $326 to ship the thing back, and they shorted me on the return, a restocking fee of over $630.00. Again, the thing never works since the day I received it. They did not ship a working unit. it's ridiculous. The thing never worked. I should have been able to get the whole amount back. They refused to pay Amazon did return my shipping costs. But I've yet to this day as of the end of January been able to receive the $630.00 that they shorted me for a restocking fee. Stay as far away from this company as you can. They are not credible.

Customer service is SUPER helpful and generous! They helped walk me through every step I needed to get my printer back working properly. This printer can be temperamental but I love it!! You do have to make sure you’re taking care of it and staying on top print head cleanings bc if not you’ll get a clogged print head and once it’s clogged you gotta get a new one.. the maintenance work is a lot but that’s with every DTF printer which bc of this I would have given it 4 stars.. BUT I gave it 5 because the Procolored company has be great, quick responses and has walked me step by step plus the printer is pretty nice! Other than that I love my prints and all that the Procolored printer comes with. I got the roll transfer paper and oven which includes all the ink, powder, cleaning solution, extra dampers, etc.

This is the machine for DTF printing!
Support from Procolored has been consistently amazing. Any time I have needed help with my DTF printer, they responded quickly and walked me through everything clearly. The printer itself is a workhorse. The colours are bold and beautiful, prints come out sharp, and it has handled everything I’ve thrown at it. Overall, a great machine and I’m very happy with this purchase.

Poor Product & Worse Support”
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Procolored. This has been nothing but stressful from start to finish. The product itself did not meet my expectations—there were clear issues with quality and performance that made it difficult to use properly. What made things worse was their technical support. I had to wait 4–5 hours just to get assistance, and even after finally reaching someone, my issue was never actually resolved. It felt like I was going in circles without any real solution or accountability. For a company selling specialized equipment, this level of customer service is unacceptable. It’s frustrating to spend this much time and money only to be left without proper support. I regret purchasing from Procolored and would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable product and responsive service. Never buy this product! So disappointed!

High Quality Awesome Printer
Love this printer! Have had it for a little over half a year now. Images are high quality. I have a small home business and the prints are great for it. I have had no problems with my machine. I’ve hardly gone through any of the coloured ink and have had to refill the white once. The machine goes through the white much faster, as it uses it for the whole image each print. The machine does take daily maintenance (takes 5 mins. max.) if you want it to run properly and cannot be left for longer than 5 days without printing something. It does have to be put into a ‘vacation’ mode if you aren’t printing for more than 5 days (this is a timely process 15 mins.). If you’re not willing to take the time to do maintenance daily, do not buy this product.

Buyer beware
Honestly, I had high hopes for this printer. Anyone I have seen with it on TikTok has now thrown it away in the garbage. When it works it works well, but that is very rare. There are constant single blinking lights and then double blinking lights. I read all the instructions clearly. Reset waste ink counter etc, made sure to do daily maintenance, which people do complain about but any DTF printer be prepared to do daily maintenance. I run a business and am a single mom of 3. After 5 months the printer will not turn on, it has been 4 days of back in fourth, understand that they are in china so their hours don’t start until our time 830pm which really isn’t an issue if you actually end up talking to someone. Hoping I can return. Best of luck to anyone else but it was a no for me
