My needs are pretty simple, only requiring side by side monitors slightly above eye level. The hardware is very sturdy and has some weight to it. It has a glossy black finish and looks quite professional. It had no issues supporting my older 21 inch monitors that are much heavier than newer ones. I will be updating to 27 in asap. Even with enough tension to support the weight of the monitors the arms are still adjustable.
