Tried others. These are the best and the prices Right
I love the fact that these are 40 mg each. Then I need to take less tablets. The taste isn't bad and they work very well.

Using for dream work. It’s working!!
I’m giving 4 stars, and only taking away one because I HATE deceptive packaging. Hate it. Even though if I think about it logically, I assume it’s not intended to be tricky, but you know that it always feels intentional. They say 40mg COMPLEX… but I knew that when I bought it, so I’m not that mad. Every time I look at the bottle it annoys me though. Each pill only has 12mg of melatonin, fyi. I take 3 pills. I’m starting a new thing with my sleep. I am trying to work through a massive issue in my life with many unanswered questions, a lawsuit, and can’t see the forest for the trees. If you know, you know. So melatonin puts us in the REM state. It’s not for sleeping specifically as many think. That’s why a lot of people have bad things to say about it probably. It’s a hormone to regulate the circadian rhythm. AND SO MUCH MORE!!! People say melatonin gives them nightmares, but the thing with that is, if someone’s taking it to help sleep, they likely have a lot on their mind, probably overwhelmed… if we’re already anxious, our dreams serve to help work through that; hence nightmares…. So it could just be that the dreams that we’d be having anyway, we’re having much more vividly… but that’s okay. It’s helpful to harness them. So I’ve been doing something where I take 3 pills, and usually a cbd gummy too, and have started a whole new relationship with sleep. I used to feel like a toddler; like I was stomping and pouting inside at bedtime. I don’t want to go to bed. I’ve got many things I’m working through, and it’s requiring a lot of insight, memory recall, and thinking outside the box. So the conscious mind is useless for that. I’ve already had every logical solution back me into a corner and I’m done. I needed answers, faster, and this did the trick, and much more!! As I lay down, say my prayers, and start to drift to sleep, I keep my mind focused on the outcomes id like to achieve, and keep my mind fixated on that, while telling myself I’ll remember my dreams, and find the insight within them. At first, for a few days I was thinking this is a bad idea; anxiety dreams, and weirdness I think because it’s a more prolonged REM state, but I pressed on. By the end of the first week I was already past that, and my dreams are much more vivid, and I’m able to pull wisdom from them. One incredibly fascinating thing that happens now, which blows my mind, is that as I’m drifting off, I’ll suddenly be floating through dreams I’ve had in the past!! The thing is, I’m still awake! So I’ll be laying there and getting these flashes, memories of CRAZY dreams I’ve had in the past… but as it’s happening, I can actually remember when I had the dream! I’ll see it and think “woahhh I remember this place… god why do I find myself in all these creepy places… this was 3yrs ago I had this dream… this was last summer I had this dream…” That is nuts. When it started happening, at first they were flashes, but now I can actually keep my attention there, or pull it back, and look around done more. Crazy stuff. The old dreams are immediately recognizable, yet, I’d have never remembered otherwise. I suppose it’s like hypnosis in that regard, but yeah it has me wondering if that would happen during the day with a high dose. I also wake up every morning much earlier, and with a spring in my step. I’m guessing that’s the melatonin turning into serotonin. The newest published data on melatonin is quite phenomenal. New as in the past few years. It’s safe enough for Alzheimer’s studies where they’ve used 600mg (!!) with no adverse effects. One interesting thing I read on Pub Med or Science Direct, was a study with super high dose melatonin on that patients who had a hormonal cancer, and recovered. The patients in the group who took the high dose melatonin afterwards, had almost no reoccurrence of the cancer, and the one who got placebo were st the regular recurrence rate, which I see is typically quite high rate, sadly, My sister had breast cancer, and I can’t wait to talk to her about this. Melatonin works to detox the cells, and that is what sleep does, clears the glymphatic system. Taking melatonin at a high dose helps to do that. Not according to me. According to official science literature… though I wouldn’t expect your md to know or care. 🤙🏼

Good price
Have to try it , don’t be such an over achiever Amazon. Give a guy a chance to see if it is suitable! It is ok but wasn’t looking for additives or more ingredients. Just melatonin ! Hope there are no extreme side effects from extra ingredients ! Stick with what people are actually trying to buy , not upsell stuff to make more money. Another example of corporate greed !!!

New Fav Melatonin!
I’ve taken melatonin on and off for a great number of years. I’ve used a few different brands. One thing I’ve always noticed with melatonin though is that while it was effective in helping me sleep, it also made me feel extremely groggy the next morning. So that was a bit unpleasant to deal with. It had been quite a while since I’ve taken melatonin. I haven’t been getting very good sleep lately, so I decided I need to get some. Wasn’t looking forward to the grogginess part, though. So I checked through Amazon, and this particular brand caught my eye. I wasn’t aware that melatonin was made at up to 40 mg, so seeing peaked my interest. I glanced over the reviews for this and all seemed positive. Admittedly, I didn’t do any research on this specific brand, Carlyle… but I was just desperate to get something to help me with my sleep. I’ve been using it the past two nights. This helps put me to sleep and stay asleep! This 40 mg is perfect. Best of all - NO grogginess the next morning! This is the first time I’ve ever taken a melatonin that doesn’t make me feel groggy the following morning. The pill quite literally dissolves within several seconds on your tongue. No liquid needed to down it. It has a pleasant taste; no bitterness, and not overly sweet. It does say to not take any more than a single pill and I believe that one is surely enough. They’re probably isn’t any harm in taking two, but with it being as effective as it is, two just might be too much. The only side effect I have noticed with this is I have been having some strange dreams. Then again my dreams are always kind of weird. I’m not exactly sure if it’s from the melatonin but since taking it, I have noticed an increase in dreams in general. So overall, this product has nothing but pros and zero cons. 150 pills at 40 mg for the price and actually works? Can’t beat it! Just happy I finally found a melatonin that doesn’t make me feel groggy the next morning.

Works in moderation
This type of product is highly subjective to review as each person's body is different, but for me, they're only okay. I was looking for an alternative to Diphenhydramine (AKA Benadryl), as that could have negative side-effects long-term, and stumbled upon this. I tried Melatonin from other brands before, and it usually didn't work, and when it did, I would wake up with headaches. Good news is that I did not have the headache issue with this product. In fact, I wake up feeling normal, which is great! Unfortunately, there is bad with the good, and in this case, there's two negatives. The first is that to be frank, these pills do not taste good—which is unfortunate when you're supposed to let them dissolve in your mouth. For me personally, they take about a minute to fully dissolve in my mouth, in which afterwards, I have to immediately down some water to get rid of the unpleasant taste that lingers in my mouth. The second issue, which I've experienced from every Melatonin product I've tried, is that they don't work for consecutive nights in a row. As in, it'll work the first time you take it in a while, but if you try to take another pill on the next day, you just won't feel drowsy. To clarify, I don't have any diagnosed sleep issues, nor do I struggle to fall asleep on most nights naturally without the help of a sleep aid. But on the rare occasions I do need to use a sleep aid consecutively, this product unfortunately doesn't cut it for me. But as I said before, this is most likely subjective due to my body's own personal reaction to Melatonin. Overall though, I would give this product a try as it's one of the better Melatonin based sleep aids.
