Pantene Pro-V Daily Moisture Renewal 2-in-1 Shampoo and Conditioner, 25.4 Fluid Ounce

I have naturally curly & wavy hair & it needs conditioning every time it is washed. After I started using Pantene, my hairdresser ALWAYS commented about me having very little or no split ends. That was when I was using a blow dryer to straighten my hair, followed by a curling iron. That says a LOT about the shampoo. You don't want your hair to be stripped of vital moisture. But there is a right way of washing your hair- it doesnt matter if it is straight, curly, or wavy. Put the shampoo on the scalp, concentrating your washing on the hair that is the 3-4" growing out of the scalp. Never wash the ends... letting the shampoo run off the hair is enough to cleanse it w/o stripping the moisture away. I leave the shampoo on my hair for up to 5 minutes, then rinse it off. I always use a 3 minute conditioner afterwards, to not only condition, but to untangle it. Curly hair is difficult to keep shiny & moisturized. Ive been using Pantene for well over 20 years now. It is safe for permed hair- a long time ago, I got 'reverse perms' every 4-6 months to get rid of frizz & even out the curl. If you blow dry your hair, you need extra moisturizing. I used to style my hair, but I decided to let mother nature 'do her thing'... I don't worry about wind or rain anymore. Back then, it took me forever to get it styled, then a lot of hairspray to hold it. But wind and/or rain would undo my hard work in less than 5 minutes. I dont see a lot of women leaving their natural curls alone... but I don't think they know how it is supposed to be taken care of & they spend a lot more time trying to get it manageable. One way of getting curls toook their best is to NEVER use a brush on it! Using pick is best & it prevents frizz. Then, use a leave-in conditioner while it is still damp & make sure it is distributed over the hair. Then let it air dry. Thats it.

It does a great job on gray hair. Hair smells great. Hair is soft and shiny.

Not harsh, at all, like so many shampoos are. It's like washing my hair with body lotion. I once had a problem with "dandruff", but this shampoo convinced me that a dry scalp is where dandruff comes from. No flakes. No itching. And, my hair is soft and manageable. It's nice to use a product that does what it's advertised to do.

I LOVE this shampoo. However it cost me 3Xs as much as same size at regular store!

One of the containers was put into a ziplock bag because it was leaking, that's not quality control!
