They do, however, leave about 1/4 of an inch of empty tube at the end. Which you can fill with a second round of stuffing, if you want to. The filters give you a lot of leeway with your choice of tobacco. Which makes them worth every penny, IMO. Price. Yes they are a tad expensive through desertcart. But you're paying for the convenience. Free shipping, not by snail mail. The cost of shipping alone jacks up the price, and this seller gets them to me a lot faster than normal mail. Other outlets also require a signature on tobacco products. That's a massive inconvenience if you are at work when they try to deliver! The seller I was previously using here on desertcart always delivered with at least one box of badly damaged tubes.
