I have 2 very arthritic 70 yo knees, and it’s great to get comfort for both at the same time. I use a compounded ibuprofen cream after using this heated massager, which aids absorption according to my pharmacist. I do this before hiking, and then again afterwards and it really helps! Plus sometimes I just put it on massage while watching tv and my knees don’t lock up as much from being stationary. Really feels great!

I purchased the Comrelax Knee Massagers. I had a problem with them, I contacted them via email. I got a response the next morning from Ziang; a customer service rep. & he told me not to worry & that he would take care of the problem. We emailed back and forth a few times; within less than a week I received a new pair of Knee Massagers. This pair works good. I like these plug in Massagers much better than some rechargeable ones I’ve had. Work great providing heat and massage to my knees. I especially like that it is plug in so I don't have to worry about replacing the batteries. I sent away gor the free bag and extended warranty. Great customer service.
