It's not sweet but flavored!
I'm sure this will work for other things very well. I got it for flavoring CBD oil but it's not working. It will work with anything, that doesn't need a sweetness to it, because it isn't sweet at all.

Be aware, Non-returnable and non-useful
This is non-returnable I ordered Organic Ceylon Cinnamon oil. The bottle is labeled as Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Oil. The contents of the bottle is Clove Oil. And it has a horrible taste at that. I have a different brand of Clove Oil that is actually good. This bottle might have some trace of cinnamon in it, but suspect it was run after a batch of clove. Whatever it is, I am afraid to use it. Not happy. I tried to return but after filling out the form, I got a note that it was not returnable. So, this is going straight into the bin. Buyer beware.

Great Product
Although a little expensive this is not a watered down product that over promises and under performs. It has a strong aroma of Cinnamon that doesn't fade after a few hours. I use it for several things but primarily as a room deodorizer. Sprinkle a few drops on a tissue, place it in a room and you will have a nice Cinnamon smell for days and days. It is a food grade product and can be used for cooking and flavoring.

Horrible
I love cinnamon. However, this stuff was horrible. It tasted synthetic. Maybe I just got a bad batch.
