The Complete Book of Black Magic and Witchcraft is a mainstay for both beginners and advanced seekers into genuine occult methods because it is the first instruction manual to systematise the techniques and aims of Ritual Magic. Including how to prepare for rituals of exorcism and purging, and the rites and mysteries of sorcery, and Infernal Necromancy. This was achieved this by years of research pooling information from rare manuscripts on these subjects and comparing the various sub-sections of each to find the central methods of Ceremonial Magic. While crucially informing the readers of the differences so they can experiment with which works best. This Complete Book of Black Magic and Witchcraft is a reliable, accurate and scholarly work. Originally published in 1898 it is still highly sought after by initiates in the know today. Many scarce magical texts are included, complete with hundreds of Sigils, dozens of Talismans, multiple Keys, Seals, Calls, Prayers and Chants. All of these images have been digitally remastered in high quality. Along with diagrams of how to cast magic circles and how to prepare one's magical equipment and tools including timings and the special Characters of all the intelligences and spirits. All of which come with copious footnotes and a commentary showing how they are used in magic and pricelessly where the original source work came from. Discover all you ever wanted to know about ageless magic and its mysterious teachings for invoking spirits. All its ancient lore and its secrets now revealed for you to experiment with - if you dare. Review: One of the few books on REAL Witchcraft out there. - This was the first ever book that I ever read about magic. I remember finding it hidden behind my father's book shelves, back when I was about nine or ten years old. It was just the fuel that my young imagination needed. Of course it worked and horribly backfired on myself, too young to handle what I had got myself into. But the point is it worked! I thank God that the book that I found was this one and not the stupid and useless books on Wicca that you get today. Nearly all of these modern books are utterly useless, filled with feeble New Age fluff and with no real magical knowledge in them at all. The only people that enjoy this feel good crap are nearly always lacking in intelligence and imagination and so need to be told what to think and feel. This brainwashing is not real Witchcraft! Be warned this book is the real thing! This book was my only source of magical knowledge for many years, and as old as it is, it is still worth a million of the modern books on Wicca that you find in the New Age section at your local book shop. This book is packed full of usefuk, practical magic that works and is not about the modern neo-Christian religion of the same name. This is a book on REAL Witchcraft. This is book is not filled with any fluffy feel good New Age rubbish. This book is not for the idiots who follow the neo-Christian religion of Wicca. I learnt all of the basics of magic from this little tome. Looking at this work some 30 years later I realise that it is a rather nice and compact compilation of valuable and interesting magical lore and techniques primarily from medieval European sources. It is a collection of useful information from medieval grimoires, and rennaisance magical manuals. This is a very modestly priced volume which presents something of the true flavour of the traditional Magical Arts of the Middle Ages. All in all a pretty useful tome and well worth the price. Review: Poor Quality - What A Lot of Rubbish. Poor Quality Book. Boring Descriptions, Boring Drawings. This Book is A Yawn and It's In The Bin. What A Waste of My Time and Money. This Book, after Reading 1 Page, soon realised, I Wouldn't Even Wipe My Bum On This Trash!

Interesting Occult Reference Book with a Strong Old-School Feel
I picked this up as a gift for my wife because she enjoys occult, witchcraft, and esoteric subjects, and this definitely has the kind of old-school mysterious atmosphere you’d expect from a title like this. The book feels more like a historical occult reference or collector-style piece than a modern beginner “spell book.” It covers a wide range of topics connected to ceremonial magic, folklore, historical occult practices, and related traditions, which makes it interesting even just from a curiosity and historical perspective. One thing that stood out immediately was the overall aesthetic and presentation. It has that classic dark occult-library vibe that looks great on a bookshelf, altar setup, or study area. My wife was flipping through sections almost immediately after opening it. The content is definitely dense in places and not something most people are going to casually read cover-to-cover in one sitting, but that’s honestly part of the appeal if you enjoy older occult literature and esoteric subjects. Print quality and binding were also decent for the price, and the book feels substantial in hand rather than flimsy. Overall, this seems like a really interesting addition for anyone into witchcraft history, ceremonial magic, occult studies, or darker esoteric literature, especially if they enjoy collecting unusual or atmospheric books.
