You need to measure your walls and ceiling to see how many square feet you have to cover. **Q: As a temporary fix against the heat could i put this up my qindows to relect out the heat.** A: I used this behind a plasterboard ceiling in a flat roof extension and it definitely keeps it cooler in the hot weather.
