Can someone explain why the box states that the item has a "Cancer Warning"?

Such depressing comments. Everything does not cause cancer. I have a garden hose that's 100% safe to drink out of. It wasn't that long ago that we all thought asbestos was a wonder product perfectly safe for kids to play with.

Can you connect this to another obit system to get more misting nozzles?

I don't think so; I connected two of the 3/8 inch systems for use on my rabbit hutches, and those state that you can connect them. The 1/4" does not. I gave the 1/4" system to a friend, so don't have it to look at. Sorry. I did get some questions answered last year by going to the Orbit web site and reading some of their stuff.

How much water does this consume? I didn't see any gph rating to estimate required feed capacity but maybe I missed it. Thanks!

About 1/2 gallon per nozzle per hour. But it also depends on water pressure. I ran it all summer 10 hours a day and didn't notice it on the bill.

Has anyone used this to mist a moss garden?

No I have not. I do have a moss garden and let it go dormant. It would work if your water is not so overly chlorinated I would think. How is your moss garden doing?
