The best pan for Texas Sheet Cake!
I ordered this to conform to a recipe for Texas Sheet Cake. Of course, I looked for the cheapest price with the most quality which is definitely hard to find. I found what I needed in the KitchenAid Aluminized Steel Baking Sheet. It is an unusual size, but it worked perfectly! It supported the perfect cake with the right thickness and ample sides. Did I mention it was easy to clean, too?!?! I am definitely pleased with my purchase.

Perfect size and finish.
Reasonable price for a very nice item and not too heavy. It is non-stick but I amost lways use parchment on the bottom with the exclusion of pizza.

Love this pan!
This pan is absolutely perfect for making cookie cakes! It is very sturdy and it was an awesome price point as well. I highly recommend this pan. I have used it several times and it is still in excellent condition with no warping. The finish on the pan makes it so easy to clean up as well.

Good but thinner than I’d like.
Good pan but it’s a little too thin. This is one of those pans that works just fine, but because it’s so thin it pops in the oven when heating up. If you’ve ever baked chickpeas it sends them flying when it gets to a certain temp and launched them throughout your oven creating a mess, then you inevitably miss one and it burns to char and stinks up the house the next time you bake. That being said, good pan for the money. Can’t really complain.
