Small and sharp
These little buggers are small and sharp but work surprisingly well with my ems/tens machine. There are a lot of them in one pack aswell

These little alligator clips to 2mm female socket work well!
I needed to convert from a female snap connection to a socket female ems pad, I was hoping to find a male socket to alligator clip but, barring that I decided on a way to make these female to female sockets work. I found the right wire gauge to fit snugly into the sockets of the pad, and the alligator clip adapter. Then I connected the alligator clips to the female snap connector, plugged every thing in, and presto, I'm able to use the 2mm socket pads on my snap connector tens unit! Mission accomplished. If you have the tens unit with the male socket 2mm unit, these will allow you to much more easily connect to a pad with a snap connector. It turns out there are two different sizes of snap connectors, the alligator clip won't care which size you connect to. So absolutely win win with these little adapters. One thing to know, the alligator clips are tiny, the picture on Amazon makes them look bigger. That however does not affect how they work Bottom line: These work really well, and I recommend them!
