Must have for band training A+++ Product!
I was in need of band training in a small exercise room that had no room for additional products/machines. Stumbled into an ad in a Pilates magazine and thought this would be perfect. Watched their video on the install; pulled the plug and purchased. All I can say after my first three weeks of using it.... FABULOUS!!! Yes, you do need someone with the tools and skills to install this properly. It is vital that you follow their directions on finding and installing on the studs. Do not skimp on the instructions. Regardless, it has completely enhanced my home workouts. My suggestion is watch the videos and workouts shown by the inventors/therapists. If you like what you see and can have it installed properly, go for it. This is a unique item that is simple but 100% quality.Lastly, I ended up buying a set of bands with handles and ankle Velcros. A couple of long bands too. You initially think the stronger ones don't work on the slots/holes but they do. Stretch them when attaching to thin them out to fit through. I'm very happy!

Versatile and Well Made
These anchors are well made and provide for a sturdy attachment for my bands. I used all three for low, medium and high use. There are a couple of different ways to attach the bands which is nice.

Fantastic with a modified install method
These are amazing once they are installed. The installation was done by the small, female engineer for 4 of these. So women or anybody else that is small, you can do this. It is important to know that Bob and Brad are amazing PTs but construction is probably not their forte. I tried one of these using their method and it did not go on straight.1) The center to center distance of the holes is 1.5 inches.2) Find your stud (yes you MUST install on a stud).3) Start at the highest of all that you want to install or you will have a lot of debris on the lower ones.4) Place the bracket, use the screw that comes with the bracket to punch a mark through the top hole. You can choose to do this with both holes and avoid using a ruler. This will also help guarantee hitting centers of the hole.5) If you didn't punch 2 marks, measure down 1.5 inches from the top hole.6) Drill out BOTH holes with the recommended 1/8 inch drill bit. Again VERIFY that you are hitting a stud for the entire depth.7) Use the recommended 5/16" socket to attach the bracket. I got both started by hand to keep them straight, reverted to an electric driver and then back to manual to avoid over tightening.8) Repeat for the remaining brackets. Alternatively you can repeat step 4/5 for all brackets first, then drill out (6) for all brackets second, and then install (7) last.Tip: If for some reason your screw is not going in straight, the plastic is flexible enough to allow the socket in to fully seat the screw. I did this on the first bracket that I installed - the bottom one in the photo.Good luck and good health.

Solid product with minor limitations.
Great product if your only using the smaller band weights. When you need to you the heavier band weights (mid 20 lbs or higher) the thickness of the band is no longer fully compatible with the different mounting points on the anchor. But otherwise it works well and gets the job done. I still recommend this product but caution those who intend to use larger band weights with these anchors.

Great addition to a home gym
These are sleek, low profile, and extremely versatile. I like working out at home, but I don't have the space or resources for a weight set, so I use resistance bands. My bands came with a little anchor that you have to shove in the door frame. It didn't work well and it started to damage the door.I saw these and decided to try them out and I am really happy I did. Installation was easy. Use a beam finder, find a beam, drill some pilot holes, drill in the screws, and get to work. The hardware and instructions included were appropriate for most installations. There is NO WAY these things are getting pulled out of the wall. They're solid as a rock and I don't have to worry about breaking anything. I find that I use the bands more now that they are all set up and constantly in view.Taking them out was easy as well and did minimal damage to the wall. Just needed a little plaster and paint and you couldn't even tell they were there.

Excellent Quality
The Resistance Band Wall Anchors arrived in one day. The anchors include two screws per anchor to attach each anchor to a wall stud. One review I read suggested to use a ratchet rather than a screw driver and I completely agree. You donโt have to worry about stripping the screw! I used an 11/64 drill bit for the anchor hole, and it was perfect. I drilled one hole and attached the wall anchor with one screw. I then inserted the drill bit through the second anchor hole and drilled very slightly to mark the location of the second screw. Sliding the anchor aside, I drilled the second hole, then moved the anchor back in place and installed the second screw. It took about five minutes per wall anchor and they are very secure. The wall anchors are made of a very heavy plastic material and appear to be very solid. This is a great product!

Great low profile workout station
These anchors are great and work flawlessly for resistance tube/band workouts. At less then $40 for the full system you get some major bang for your buck. Installation was easy if you have the tools and make sure to screw these into the center of the stud. The only con we (Wife and I) have against these, is the lack of versatility with the anchors. Due to the size of the inputs, you are really limited to the number of bands you can thread through the anchors and limited by the type of band you can use. I can't recommend these for large loop, or suspension band training. Instead I would recommend the more expensive Anchor Gym system for its versatility. We bought these Anchors for Yoga stretching, light resistance training, and ab workouts in our walk-in closet. The size, cost and light duty aspects are what sold us on the anchors and why we are giving them 5 stars.

Good for home workouts
I had no issues installing these and they work well for doing some basic strength training at home. Just be aware that large tubes wonโt fit in the spaces, but all you have to do is push a door anchor through the middle and connect the larger tubes to it.

Excellent
I wanted something very unobtrusive and that didnโt pose a risk of me catching myself on something stickyouty as these were going onto my bedroom wall. Theyโre brilliant, just what I needed. Exercise bands attach easily and quickly and are very secure.

Great easy addition for starting a home gym
After suffering a back injury and going through physiotherapy - found that using resistance band was a great way of helping with my recovery- but also to continue getting a work out at home. These anchors are an easy way to get the maximum use out of resistance bands and let you perform a huge number of exercises.

Solid, convenient and easy to use
Good instructions on how to position. Solid well made anchors which are straightforward to use and provide you with a great sense of security when fitted to a suitable wall.
User
Very solid
These worked as promised. Good and secure.

Very sturdy and versatile!
These wall anchors were really good additions to our home gym. I've ordered them multiple times to give us more heights and options, and I have concerns at all that they'll pull out from the wall studs. Very well made and sturdy, I would highly recommend these over the competitors' products (and I've tried a few with bad results)!
