Ordered their "matte" product in May. Received gloss. Contacted vendor for exchange. They apologized for their mistake, refunded me and instructed me to order again. I waited a bit till July for them to straighten out their issues. Placed another order for "matte" again, expecting different results. AGAIN! received gloss!!! No mention of Matte on product label.
