I felt the quality was excellent. No complaint at all regarding the product itself. I will say that due to the fact that the product did come from Germany, may have impacted the sizing difference. Also, again because it originated from Germany there were different instructions about the return/exchange Policy that was very confusing to me. But, when I reverted back to Amazon the service was excellent and easy to understand.
