There is 100, 300, 400..But I can't find where the differences are explained!** A: wrong... though the guy who guessed it has something to do with the grit definitely had the best guess. unfortunately it's nothing more than a part number cooresponding with the size of the tube/tub that you get. the 100 is just an old ass tube of blue magic. the 300 is this 3.5oz tube. the 400 is the 7oz tub. the 500 is the 19oz tub, and so on... you can view it on their website **Q: Can this be use on sterling silver jewelry or stainless steel jewelry?** A: Yes it can be used on sterling silver but be careful as I used on on 4 bracelets and 2 of the four became tarnished after use. I am not sure about stainless steel jewelry.
