Check for cracks in plastic spacer
The plastic middle spacer was cracked, but fortunately I was able to reuse the old spacer so no harm done. Make sure you check it before installing.

Exactly as described. For those not sure though it is a 41mm 16 notch hollowtech 2 tool. I knew this going in so I already had it but some may not be aware. Comes with spacers too to get that perfect chain alignment.
