I have used this for years and it works quickly and well to clear the lungs of tightness, phlegm, and infection. Expensive but effective.

I am almost 83 and have COPD because of taking heart medications that cause lung damage. Stopped meds 4 years ago but lung damage remains. I've tried 2 other well recommended lung supplements and they help with the coughing up of phlegm but no apparent help with the shortness of breath and may have caused my blood pressure, usually normal, to be higher. After 5 days I could sense a difference. After two weeks I'm sure it's helping a lot. I've gone from being totally out of breath and exhausted after leaning over to clean out a cat pan. This morning I did all my usual a.m. chores then later I went into the garage and rolled up 3 rugs to go to Good Will. Leaning over, lifting heavy rugs, rolling them, etc. and I only had a little bit of increase in my breathing. For me, at least, this stuff works. I was about to give up hope. I've just ordered the larger bottle. BTW, I've noticed no side effects at all.

I've had lung problems all my life, shortness of breath when exercising, phlegm production, all the usual symptoms that you all know. Well, over the years I've found nothing "cures" my problems. 18 months ago I contracted flu, real flu!, and that went to my chest and I was very ill with difficulty breathing and lack of oxygen levels in my blood. I slowly recovered only to get relapses and thus back to square one. I started taking Lung Tonic 6 months ago and I can absolutely say it helps tremendously, not a cure, but as I said nothing is but this helps, how do I know definitely? I ran out of my supply recently and lung congestion increased almost immediately I stopped taking it. Once I had my supply back I began to feel less congested and returned to a much better level of breathing and phlegm production. Not a miracle but 100% worth taking.
