So far so good. Works fine and iv used another brand of cup for 6 years now. Moving to this one as I love the little sterile machine! Works a treat

So good, great sterilizer and the storage box makes it easy to carry. Cup is sturdy than the one I had.

The product works, but the box containing the cups came broken. If posible I would like you to send me another box.

Steriliser works well. Initial steriliser had a faulty button but a replacement was sent out quickly which works fine. It is much nicer and easier than using bleach tablets etc.. Overall happy with purchase and customer service was very good regarding replacement. Unsure on cups as not yet used them but they look to be well made and am sure they will be fine.

Cup does not work, there is far better elsewhere and the steam sterilizer is rubbish too. Waste of money

Have had this cup for over a year now and wouldn't be without it. Can be tricky to get used to for first timers but once you get the hang of it, it's very secure and comfortable. Also saves so much money vs disposable products!

This was a great deal for a great product. The steamer is very high quality and easy to use. Add water, plug it in, turn it on, and walk away. I felt like it got hot enough to definitely work. I did not get burned. The cups are WAY better quality and fit than other brands I have used in the past. I love having two sizes to pick from. Almost 40 year old mother of 4 and they work great. I really like them for night time use. Easy to use and quality materials. Love having the storage case and towel. Definitely like this brand over Pixie and Diva for leaks and fit.

The case for the cup broke immediately when I opened it.
