Their compatibility with Alexa and Google Assistant platforms makes lighting control even more convenient, allowing voice control or mobile app operation. I also appreciated the support for Tuya Smart Life, which adds extra flexibility in choosing smart home devices. However, it’s worth noting that I had to return the switches because I couldn’t install them in all sockets. Partial smart home setup wasn’t acceptable for me, so it was a deal-breaker. Nevertheless, the MOES Zigbee smart switches proved to be reliable and effective devices that significantly improved lighting control in my home.
Review: Will not connect to app - I ordered this product and had my electrician install it. I also ordered and installed the zigbee hub. The switch will not connect to the app no matter what I do. I had my electrician come back and he couldn’t figure it out either. I’ve been trying to figure this out for so long now, I’m out of the return window by a month so I have literally wasted my money. Don’t buy this. It sucks and I’m out of at least $250 now.

Worked out of the box with Home Assistant and Zigbee Home Automation plugin. Just follow instructions for pairing and HA discovered switch and individual light switches immediately. Will update on durability later.
