Wonderful! The real McCoy
Wonderful! The real McCoy, just as it should be from Lancashire. Would prefer natural casing, though it peels off easily enough, but do that before cooking. Treat yourself to a few at one time, taking advantage of the flat-rate postage. They tell me it freezes fine, so I intend to stock-up.
