I really am happy to have found this organizer. The tabs snap securely and the top comes off completely, so it's easy to refill everything at once, unlike the others I've seen. Had an issue, with my life being so hectic, wondering "did I take that pill already" and potentially skipping a dose just in case. And if I do forget I can see how many times per month I may have forgotten. Really is a game changer. Like other reviewers said, the openings are narrow. I am a tall woman with bigger hands and I can fit my finger in fine but I can see how it could be challenging if you are a man with big fingers. Would definitely buy again
