My Physcian ordered me to start taking these pills due to my insurance don't cover Ozempic or other weight loss medications. So far they have worked tremendously with controlling my appetite. I did have to gradually increase dose over time for my stomach couldn't stand the 3 a day all at once but over all so far I have lost 11lbs. I have start doing intermediate fasting as well. I want to follow every step my doctor gives me for success

Been taking this for two weeks now. My naturopath recommended traditional GLP-1 after a year of trying to manage my weight with hormones. I’m an ultra distance runner but deal with autoimmune issues, too. Nothing was working to lose the weight (clean eating, lifting heavy, walking instead of increased cortisol with running, etc). I didn’t want traditional GLP1 after finding this product. I thought I’d give it a try first. Ugh. I feel absolutely miserable. I take it as indicated, and while my appetite has surely decreased (despite increased energy which means I much more active - if that were even possible), I am fatter than ever. I look nine months pregnant and am soooooo uncomfortable. I feel sick all the time, am nauseous, and cranky. I’ve increased my water intake dramatically (including electrolytes) to make sure my system stays strong. But even drinking water makes me feel like puking. I think I’m going to take a break or stop it all together. It’s not at all what I thought. (Yes, I read the “what to expect.” My symptoms are way past that most.) I believe every body is different so I’m only sharing as one experience.

I tried for a month didn't realize it was working until end of month. I noticed i wasn't hunger but I was still in the habit of eating at certain times and I would eat even though I wasn't hungry. I noticed when I ate out of habit I felt like I over ate even though I didn't. So got another month worth and makeling sure I'm aware of the old habits of eat just because of time and letting meds do there job. Love them so far, no negative side effects so far.

I was skeptical about this, I won't lie! My bariatric physician wanted me to try an Ozempec type injection to control my appetite, lose some weight, and drop some inches...which, I agreed with him! Of course, though, as we ALL know, Health Insurance DICTATES EVERYTHING; they denied any and/or all injection(s) for weight management and/or treatment! So with that news, I sought out an OTC I could try and that's when I found this! The hardest thing about this medication is remembering to take it 1 hour before meals! There is only one strength. You take one capsule before meals. The capsules are normal size, so they are easy to swallow. There is NO bitter taste from the capsule. And the best thing...I've already shown weight loss! Lost 7 POUNDS in the last month!!! So, do I recommend this medication? I'm cautiously optimistic!!! But, YES, yes I DO recommend this product!

I’m trying this to see if it’s going to help lose weight. So far it’s okay but not great. It kinda curbs your appetite before meals. I’m giving it a chance until I use the whole bottle to give it any more stars.

I have been pleased with this product overall. It effectively controlled my hunger and cravings, which was my primary goal. Additionally, I've noticed an increase in my energy levels, which has been a pleasant bonus. I purchased two bottles, and so far, it has been working well for me. One thing I would recommend, however, is to be mindful if you're prone to constipation, as this product may exacerbate that issue. If that is a concern, I suggest taking something to help with regularity. While I haven’t experienced any weight loss, that was not my intention in purchasing this product. I specifically bought it to help manage my constant cravings and the anxiety I often feel around eating, and it has delivered on that front.

I really wanted to like this product. I've been on a GLP injection, and I wanted to try something more natural. I used the product as directed, taking a capsule one hour before a meal. And I found it to have the opposite effect on me. I was STARVING. My hunger was not suppressed. I tried to return the product, but it's not eligible for a return.
