After using this baby monitor for two weeks, I can confidently say it’s a fantastic product. The dual-lens feature is incredibly useful, the close-up view is perfect for keeping a detailed eye on my baby, while the wide-angle lens lets me monitor the whole room effortlessly. The video quality is sharp, and the night vision works flawlessly. The motion and sound detection alerts are accurate and give me peace of mind. Setting it up with my phone was straightforward, and the app is user-friendly and intuitive. Highly recommended for parents looking for a secure, feature-rich baby monitoring solution!

Terrible. I tried for a couple of days to use this and the app would never actually show the camera view. There was always just an endless loading wheel. We have another Hubble camera as well and have the same issue but not as often. Hubble products in general are just a pain to use

I got one for my daughter’s room and my sons. I love that I can access the camera from my phone. And it plays music and tells stories. The camera has great view of both their entire rooms. The set up was a little rough at first but after understanding it was easy!

This is great if you have babysitters that will be okay with downloading an app to be able to use the baby monitor. Otherwise, they will be out of luck and have to do things the old fashioned way... for that reason, I miss the fact that this doesn't have a handheld viewer (especially at this price point). If grandparents are watching the baby, if they aren't tech savvy, it could be an issue for them to use this style... Picture quality is good. App has been working well for me, so no complaints there. This brand is sold in store at local big box stores, so I do feel like I can trust them (as much as I can trust the big box stores with my info... I'm looking at you, Target... ugh.)

Really disappointing. When it worked it was really nice having the narrow and wide view of our toddlers room. But the camera didn’t like our internet connection- the video and sound would lag and cut out all together. We would wake up and realize we didn’t have our child’s monitor active on our phones even though we went to sleep with it on. Our previous monitor (Lollipop) would make a sound if the camera disconnected from the app- alerting the parent that they need to be aware that they are no longer connected and need to troubleshoot something. Disappointingly, this is not an option with Hubble and you will not realize you have lost connection with your child. Our internet is excellent and our replacement monitor (as well as the previous monitor we used before Hubble) has zero issues staying connected, whereas the last 2 months we have had Hubble Club has been a constant headache of buffering and pop ups telling us to restart the camera due to being offline. I reached out to customer service for assistance and got no response.

This I absolutely love this product! I've never come across a single unit with two cameras, and it's incredibly convenient to monitor both wide-angle and narrow-angle views simultaneously using the split-screen feature. The app is packed with features like talk-back, melodies, lullabies, and a baby tracker, and I’m discovering more as I use it every day. Even our relatives were impressed and are now considering getting one for themselves. Highly recommend it!

First, the camera came in an open box and all seals were broken and the packaging looked put together. Second, it would not connect to the handheld or the app or the WiFi, nothing!
