Very handy for icing the lower back. Here’s some things I wanted to know for the fit: The whole strap is a full 48 inches long. This strap ISN’T stretchy. So, if your mid section is 48 inches or larger you might have a hard time getting this to fit. The regular strap has Velcro, so you can just strap it on. On top of the base strap there are elastic straps that can tighten the fit, kinda like a belt. Together they make for a comfortable and secure fit you can adjust a bit. The cold area is pretty big. Can easily cover from your lumbar to your tailbone. The cold stays cold for a good long while too. I’m able to wear it while laying down, sitting, or standing. It’s been a great help when I want to reduce inflammation and pain in my lower back. It even comes with a little bag to put it in while in the freezer. If you need some cold therapy for your lower back, this should be a great option.

Purchased for my husband who sprained his back playing golf. As he refused to stop playing for a any length of time. He needed some relief when not playing. This ice wrap was perfect. It kept the coolness for over 20 minutes and he was able to wrap it around his back hands free. It stores in my freezer in a plastic Ziplock bag.

I freeze it over night the first use, works well for aching back.

I’ve been using this ice pack for over a year now after having a 2 level fusion L4-S1 and Spondylolithesis corrected and this is one of the best ice packs I’ve ever used. It has adjustable straps to get it to fit snugly and stays cold for more than enough time to thoroughly numb the area.

My husband and I have both been in constant use of this ice pack. The quality is great and flexibility of it is great and you can use it on other parts besides the back. The best product that I will definitely seek for any aches and body discomfort.

Velcro on smaller strap SUCKS! It works ok for a few times, then loses any useful grip and keeps coming off. Main star is similar, but lasts a bit longer. Why the company or engineers couldn't double the size of their tiny grip area is mind boggling. Just add 0.25 cents to the product and make it correctly!!! Also, the gel is just enough to stay cool inside. If going outside in the heat, it becomes useless after 5 minutes or so. Again, add 0.50 to it and put a layer of fabric on the outside to help insulate it and keep it cold. Even wearing inside the house walking around, the side touching you gets warm when the whole outer surface is cold. But if lay down on it, you get the max cooling effect and it lasts longer because whatever you lay on insulates it. Better than nothing, but could have easily made it better. Another inch on each side would be nice too, and I have a 36" waist for reference. So tired of companies making something for lowest cost possible, when only a little more can make it a 300% better item.

It's hard to ice your lower back and the upper glutes. The design of this Cold Pack with its velcro straps allows you to place the cold snugly onto your lower back. The pack has soft cloth surface where it touches the skin, so you don't really need a t-shirt under the pack. It stays cold for 20 minutes - which is the recommended time for keeping an ice pack on any part of your body. Put it back in the freezer and it's ready to go again in a few hours. Ease of use is the real winner for this product. Note: I'm 6'3" and 230 pounds, so if you're a bit bigger that won't be a problem.

Too short a belt to go round my waist.

Anyone with back pain knows pain management isn't easy. But items like this really helps with pain. 15-20mins taken from freezer offers great ease. It's not magical. It's a proper product designed for maximum relief.

I honestly love this. It hold on and even gives a little support. It's not thick so it thaws fast, but your not supposed to wear it more than 10mins. Love it
