Side effects makes you a little jittery, taste is great, gives you lots of energy for a great workout. Power is nice and doesn't clump after opened. And stores nice in a cool cabinet.

I don't work out at all. I don't exercise. But I do work 3td shift in a production based factory where my job is physically demanding. My job description is running but it entails way more. 2 scoops of this every night and you'll be ready for a 12 hr shift. I recently broke a 10 Year production record by 800+ plus units. I'm 48 years old and out work people half my age every single night , EVERY night. This stuff tastes great and lasts all night. It's better than buying energy drinks . I was spending double on energy drinks what I spend on this twice a month. Looking for speed , stamina, focus increase. Or just tired of wasting money on energy drinks then buy this. It'll get you right.

Good taste not as good as green apple but definitely better than pineapple and lemonade

I had high expectations for Ryse Godzilla, especially given the premium price, but overall it didn’t live up to the hype. The Blue Raspberry flavor is just okay. Personally, I much prefer Ryse’s Sour Punch Blue Razz Loaded Pre, which tastes better and delivers a stronger overall effect. On the plus side, this mixes extremely well with both cold and room temp water, no clumps or grit, and the texture is smooth from start to finish. The beta-alanine tingle is there, but milder than expected. Pumps were lacking, and the energy boost was minimal. That said, I appreciated that there was no crash afterward. I’ll finish the tub, but I don’t see myself buying this again. If you’re deciding between Ryse products, I’d stick with the Sour Punch Loaded Pre.

This pre hits hard. Tunnel vision focus, crazy endurance, and no crash. The flavor is delicious and it mixes easily. Great for intense lifts or PR attempts. Lives up to the hype!

(Scissors for scale) this thing is huge, the flavour is so good and gives me the itch when I dry scoop 15 minutes before the gym, gets me going like crazy. Worth the price !!

Nice of them to not show the warning on all the photos on the page. I would not have bought it had I seen it. Can't even get a refund because it's "food."
