How do the two sections attach?

The handle? You extend/contract it to the length you want and then rotate the handle to ‘lock’ in that length. Rotate the other way to fully collapse for compact storage.

Where can I get just the replacement wheels?

No clue, but if manufacturers are listening — making a big deal that you sell repair/replacement parts for your stuff is a GREAT selling point and will make me pay a small premium to buy your goods as opposed to someone else who wants me to trash something because of a small issue!

What is the roller made what is the roller made of?

The round handle is made from two pieces of steel tubing with some sort of black rubber/plastic grip. The hand grip that holds the rollers appears to be a cast aluminum part. The rollers are a rubber or "soft" plastic. I can see them deflect a little bit if I squeeze them with my fingers. I assume all the fasteners are steel.

How do you extended it?

You loosen the 'friction joint' in the handle, extend it to the length you want then tighten the joint again. If you've never used such a joint, you may need to play with it a bit (remember, righty-tighty, lefty loosey) to figure out exactly how to get the thing to 'catch' but don't give up -- you'll get it.
